Weeping Brushstroke
$150.00
This particular piece, “Weeping Brushstroke”, is sculptural and painterly. The surface is built up in the form of a sculpture, but over this is lain a large stroke that appears to “weep” or drip. This is a reference both to the concept of lamentation in general, as well as to the need for contemporary forms of art to lament their arrogance.
